The Crepe Factory does not accept reservations during the week and weekend brunch service. We seat our guests on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are accepted, and encouraged, for our Friday and Saturday evening dinner service.
We seat our last guests 30 minutes before closing on Friday and Saturday due to dinner service starting at 5PM. Guests are seated once the entire group or party has arrived. We will add your name to the waitlist upon the arrival of the first guest.
To avoid accident or injury to a child, and to ensure the dining enjoyment of all our guests, children must be seated at a table under adult supervision at all times.
We can seat up to 6 people per table.
Due to the size of our restaurant, we regret that we cannot accept groups of more than 10.
We seat groups once all guests are present.
Parties greater than 6 will be seated at separate tables, and are not guaranteed to be placed next to each other. Parties more than 10 are considered a private event and require advanced planning.
We kindly request that guests do not bring outside food or drink into our restaurant. Since we have a full bar all drinks must be made on our premises to ensure we are complying with our liquor license. We employ a pastry chef available to make custom desserts for your event with advanced notice. If items are brought in with approval, a $2 cutting fee per guest will be assessed.
During busy times when customers are waiting for seating, to go orders will not be taken until the waiting in house guests are seated. This allows us to serve those who have been asked to wait more promptly once they are seated at their table. We do not take to-go orders on weekends.
Due to the number and frequency of requests for donations, it has become necessary to establish the following donation procedure.

at least 30 days before your event.
Include and answer the following:
*Nature of the event?
*Date and location of the event?
*Potential number of attendees?
*Name and phone number for the contact person?
*Have you supported our restaurant as a customer?
*Short statement why you are asking for a donation.
All requests must be submitted in writing and sent by email. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot take phone or in-person requests as we are engaged with our customers during our open hours. Please do not call the restaurant to inquire about the status of your request. If selected, you will hear back from us.
We review all written requests at regular intervals, and make a selection as to which requests we can participate in at that time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every request and are unable to respond individually to each one.
