The Crêpe Factory™ relocated to downtown Inman at a time when the area was ripe with new energy, growth and revitalization. The building was formerly a department store, Bailes-Collins Crain, for many years. We love hearing memories and stories from our customers who shopped at Bailes-Collins.
After a twenty-six year career as a teacher and librarian, Denise decided to embark on a new career path. After retiring from teaching, Denise and her friend, Elaine, opened the first location in 2016. Elaine retired from the crêpe business in 2019 to enjoy a new title - Gigi! Denise's lease ended in 2021, and she decided to relocate the business. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she purchased the Bailes-Collins Crane building in Inman, and began an extensive renovation. The doors opened on October 5, 2021 with great excitement and support from the community. On a personal note, Denise is the mother of two amazing adults, Jeremy (wife, Alaka) and Justin (wife, Grace), who now call Texas and Colorado home. She is owned by Rooney, a very spoiled Doodle, who serves as the restaurant's official spokesdog.
Our Executive Chef, Dennis, and his sous chef, Jessica, are the secret behind The Crepe Factory's outstanding food. Bringing many years of experience to the kitchen, they know diners eat with their eyes first. Each culinary masterpiece dazzles our patrons upon presentation. Our menu features French inspired dishes, along with a few southern favorites. Come by, and see what's cooking!,
